江西安福縣委彭書記一行蒞臨鑫鴻參觀指導(dǎo)
Secretary Peng of Anfu county Party committee of Jiangxi Province and his delegation visited Xinhong for guidance
2020年6月18日上午十點(diǎn)，江西省安福縣委彭書記一行蒞臨東莞市鑫鴻體育科技有限公司參觀考察，公司總經(jīng)理許翼峰先生和公司經(jīng)副理級以上幹部給予了熱情的招待，并深入辦公區(qū)域、創(chuàng)新研發(fā)中心、3D熱壓車間及熔斷熱壓車間檢查各項(xiàng)工作，詳細(xì)的查看了解我司的人員管理、 安全生產(chǎn)、 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及工作流程等情況。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們首先來到了鑫鴻公共辦公區(qū)域，了解了公司的發(fā)展過程，管理制度以及今後的發(fā)展規(guī)劃，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為此指出了一些建議和意見，希望公司在日後發(fā)展中得到進(jìn)一步的提升。接著，在許總的帶領(lǐng)下，又來到我司創(chuàng)新研發(fā)中心進(jìn)行考察，許總向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們講解了整個(gè)3D打印工藝、電腦立體繡的創(chuàng)新製作和流程，對於整個(gè)製作的過程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們給予了極大的讚許。
At 10:00 a.m. on June 18, 2020, Secretary Peng of Anfu county Party committee of Jiangxi Province and his delegation visited Dongguan Xinhong Sports Technology Co., Ltd. for inspection. The general manager Mr. Xu Yifeng of Xinhong, and the assistant manager level cadres of the company gave a warm reception, and went into the office area, innovation research and development center, 3D hot pressing workshop and fusing hot pressing workshop to inspect various works, checked our company in detail Personnel management, safety production, product quality and work flow, etc. At first, leaders came to Xinhong public office area to see the company's development process, management system and future development plan. Leaders pointed out some suggestions and opinions for this purpose, hoping that the company could be further improved in future development. Then, followed the step of general manager Xu, everyone came to our innovation research and Development Center for investigation. General manager Xu explained to the leaders of the whole 3D printing technology, computer three-dimensional embroidery innovative production and process,the leaders gave great praise to the whole production process.
隨後，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們一起來到了3D熱壓車間及熔斷熱壓車間，對我司的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了解和咨詢，走進(jìn)車間，寬敞整齊的車間和先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們甚感讚賞。在生產(chǎn)人員的帶領(lǐng)下，大家陸續(xù)參觀了公司的其他車間，從產(chǎn)品原料、生產(chǎn)再到檢測裝箱貼標(biāo)包裝，及整個(gè)生產(chǎn)製造流程，對我司的產(chǎn)品有了更深的了解。
Then, the leaders came to the 3D hot pressing workshop and fusing hot pressing workshop to understand and consult the products of our company. Entering the workshop, the spacious and tidy workshop and advanced production equipment all amazed the leaders. After that, we visited other workshops of the company, from product raw materials, production, inspection, to labeling and packaging. The whole manufacturing process and have a deeper understanding of our products.
參觀完生產(chǎn)車間后，安福縣委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為我司生產(chǎn)環(huán)境和先進(jìn)設(shè)備表示稱讚，同時(shí)對鑫鴻的企業(yè)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)充滿信心及肯定。希望鑫鴻大力發(fā)展自主創(chuàng)新、加大研發(fā)投入、提高自助創(chuàng)新能力，注重自主知識和產(chǎn)權(quán)的創(chuàng)造、保護(hù)和運(yùn)用。
After visiting the workshop, Secretary Peng praised the production environment and advanced equipment of our company, and the enterprise management team of Xinhong is full of confidence and affirmation.
